It's a steady climb along Main Street into the village centre.

The start of a short walk to Heysham village. The tide was out in Morecambe Bay.

Kirroughtree is part of the Galloway Forest Park, located near the town of Newton Stewart. The modern looking Visitor Centre, one of three in the Park, is pictured above. All photo's in this series were taken by Lynda Braithwaite.
