A photographic journey around the North West Of England, mainly Cumbria and North Lancashire, but sometimes further afield. An ageing, but enthusiastic amateur photographer, with a very well used bus pass, however, occasionally travelling by train or car. Please Note: None of the images are digitally enhanced in any way - what you see is what I see.

Warton Old Rectory Ruins
The ruins of the Old Rectory is an English Heritage site, and located in the village of Warton, near Carnforth.
Although only a small site, the ruins are well worth a visit.
A view through an old doorway with Warton Church in the background.
