Keswick: Fitz Park: Part 1 of 4

The well maintained Fitz Park is a short walk from the Keswick town centre.

Keswick War Memorial.
An ornate fountain.
The River Greta was quite low, however, it can be a real torrent of water after heavy rain.
View from Station Road bridge.
In the other direction.
Tree-lined Station Road, which cuts the Park in two.
Fitz Park entrance gates.

The immaculate bowling green and pavilion.
Into the Park.
Another view of the bowling green pavilion.
