Midland Hotel: Morecambe

The iconic art-deco Midland Hotel in Morecambe as seen from Poet's Walk.
The Midland Hotel was built by the London, Midland and Scottish Railway in 1933. More recently a major restoration project was undertaken by Urban Splash, in association with Union North, the North West Development Agency and Lancaster City Council. As can be seen by the number of cars parked outside, it remains a popular place to stay.
