A photographic journey around the North West Of England, mainly Cumbria and North Lancashire, but sometimes further afield. An ageing, but enthusiastic amateur photographer, with a very well used bus pass, however, occasionally travelling by train or car. Please Note: None of the images are digitally enhanced in any way - what you see is what I see.

Cartmel Priory
Cartmel Priory, which overlooks the village, was as founded in 1190 by William Marshall.
First World War Memorial.
Inside the Priory.
It wasn't easy to get a good image of the Priory from the outside.
