| Kents Bank is near Grange-over-Sands, alongside Morecmabe Bay.. The well kept railway station on the line between Lancaster and Barrow is unstaffed, but it has a real countryside station feel to it. |

| Take heed of the warnings. Cross Bay walks at low tide start and end here, but are led by the Queen's Guide to Morecmabe Bay, Cedric Robinson. DO NOT venture across the sands yourself! |
