Walking In Eaves Wood

The National Trust owned Eaves Wood is located near Silverdale, and is extremely popular with walkers of all ages.
There are many different paths and routes you can take through the wood.

The path cuts through old gateways and between moss covered stone walls.

Two Yew trees have grown in such a way that they are joined! (Pic - Mooncat755)

Another stone gateway.

The paths are well marked for walkers.
A lone walker in the distance.
Somewhere to sit and rest.

Yet more walkers.
