A Walk Around Edinburgh: Part Eight: The Final Part!

Needless to say there are a few whisky shops in Edinburgh!

A look down Old Stamp Office Close.

You may recall we walked up Fleshmarket Close on Part One of the walk.
Almost at the end of the walk on Cockburn Street.
'Whiplash Trash' - OK ....
Steps that lead down from Cockburn Street towards Waverley station.
You would certainly get very fit if you had to climb this flight of steps a few times each day! Or in my case - pass! (Pic - Mooncat755).
Another view of the Scott Monument on Princes Street.
A small part of Waverley station. North Bridge towers over the station.
A perfect way to end a perfect day. A visit to The Guildford Arms pub where there just happened to be a beer festival!

(So endeth the final part of the walk around Edinburgh. Hope you have enjoyed the images this past week. We'll be back again some time in the future.)

  1. Mike, I've really enjoyed this whole series, such a lot to cram in too. No wonder you had to split it into 8 parts! Well done.

    1. Thanks David, There is so much to photograph. Everywhere you look! We'll make a return visit some time next year. Possibly around April time.
