Chorley Town Centre: Part 2 of 2

Looking along St. George's Street, with the Parish Church of St. George at the end.
Browns the Butchers, home of the Lancashire Haggis Company.
The Last Orders pub in Market Street.

Down the steps to M & E Leverington.
I wonder when Shepherds' Victoria Hall closed.
Part of this building houses the library I believe.
A closer look at the top of the building reveals it was built in 1905.
Taken from the top deck of the bus as I was heading back to Preston, the entrance to Astley Park,

  1. Lovely Victorian architecture, it's always worth looking up at the detail that many folk don't notice.
