The Canal At Lancaster

The Lancaster Canal in the city centre of Lancaster itself, always provides an opportunity for photographs, where several narrowboats are usually moored, or just passing by. 'Stealaway' being just one that was visiting.
This one was called 'Sense Of freedom.'

Moored outside The Water Witch pub was 'Jilly's Dream.'

The Water Witch pub, although it wasn't warm enough on this particular day to sit outside with a beer.
There was a beer festival being staged, so I just had to test the quality of a couple.
After thee beer, this appropriately named narrowboat was called 'Water Of Life' from Fazeley Mill, West Midlands.

Just a short stroll along the canal was the 'Gilly Bee.' Tied up outside the White Cross pub ..... yes, you guessed right!!
