The Canal At Carnforth

Several boats were moored at the Lancaster Canal Basin in Carnforth.
Narrowboat and a swan.
Spotted on the roof of a narrowboat.
Dabbler.
Little Otter No. 3
Gathering of locals at the Lady Elizabeth.
Coming ashore.  Mooring rope ready.
Making my way along the towpath toward Carnforth.
This really is a delightful section of the canal to walk alongside.

Just around the corner on the left, I left the peace and quiet of the canal to walk on the road into Carnforth.
