The Fairy Glen Nature Reserve is in the village of Rosemarkie, which is on the Black isle, north of Inverness. |
There is a footpath through the heart of the wooded Glen. |
Warning of a disease affecting ash trees. |
The path is very easy to follow. |
The beck flows through the Glen as well. |
As can be seen, the walk is shaded by the trees throughout. |
Eventually you reach a clearing where there is a small lake. There were a few ducks to be seen, but they were very shy when it came to having their photo's taken! |
The path narrows and climbs a little. |
