Whalley

The village of Whalley (pronounced 'War - Lee') is in the Ribble Valley, near the town of Clitheroe.
There were a lot of hanging baskets and floral displays around the village, even outside Barclays Bank.
The Whalley Wine Shop.
Cottages in a quiet location just off the main street.
The Toby Jug Tea Shop
The former village Police Station, now a private residence.

Those animals should be very wary outside the butcher's shop.

The Three Fishes.
The Parish Church of St. Mary and All Saints.

Inside the Church.

The Dog Inn where I adjourned for lunch. Very tasty it was too. the beer was equally as good!
