A Walk Around Mossdale

Continuing our visit to South West Scotland and a visit to Mossdale, which is 6 miles south of new Galloway. The Galloway Kite Trail and a kite sculpture.
The old railway line. Mossdale used to be the station serving New Galloway, despite it being some distance away from the latter town. The railway closed in 1965.
