Lakeside & Haverthwaite Railway: Engine Shed & Yard

The Lakeside & Haverthwaite SteanmRailway have a small collection of locomotives and vehicles, which are kept in the yard and inside the workshop/shed. This side tank is called 'David.'
It wasn't the easiest of places to take photographs as space was at a premium, however I gave it go as can be seen from this image and the ones that follow.

The iconic British Railways emblem
The railway also have a couple of diesel locomotives. This one is numbered 20214.
Also D5370.
Three rollers.
Preserved lorry formerly owned by Hudson Engineers (Sandside) Limited.
A small bulldozer.
Back in the yard and a view of the stocks of coal

A Dennis fire engine.

  1. A lovely railway, we had quite a few rides on it, I never got inside the engine sheds though. Great shots of the locos. I've enjoyed seeing these shots.
