Inverness

Over the next few days, as well as the usual North West images, I'll be including a few taken whilst in the Inverness area. The first one above, is a general view of the River Ness in the city centre.
One of the foot bridges across the Ness.
Inverness Castle, high above the city.
A view across the river.
The main road bridge in Inverness - The Ness Bridge.
A plaque at one end of The Ness Bridge.
A rather imposing building that is the Public Library.
The equally grand Caledonian building.
One of the main shopping streets.
Entrance to the Eastgate Shopping Centre. An ideal place to be last week as it was so cold outside!
Inside the Eastgate Centre.
Tomlinson's Beer Shop in Castle Street. A must visit for bottled beer!
In honour of Inverness men who fought in the First World War.
