Beauly Priory

the small town of Beauly is situated to the north west of Inverness.

Beauly Priory was founded in 1230 by the Valliscaulian monastic community.
The Priory still stands today, although roofless and is a visitor attraction.
The holy water stoup. Those entering and leaving the priory, ritually cleansed themselves here.

The processional doorlelading from the cloister to the nave.
